To provide faster delivery and dependable service, customers are directed to Amazon to place their orders, where shipping, returns, and refunds are handled through Amazon’s system and policies.



How to Start a Return


The quickest way to request a return or replacement is directly through your Amazon account:

  1. Log into your Amazon account

  2. Go to Your Orders

  3. Find your order and select Return or Replace Items

  4. Follow the on-screen steps

Amazon will guide you through the process and provide a return label if your order qualifies.


When Are Returns Accepted?


Returns are typically accepted if:

  • Your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and within Amazon’s return window

Final approval is determined by Amazon’s return policies, but we’re always happy to step in and help advocate when something isn’t right.


Refund Timing


Once your return is received and inspected, Amazon will process your refund, which usually appears within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment method.


A Quick Heads-Up


Because these orders are fulfilled by Amazon, we’re unable to:

  • Generate return shipping labels

  • Issue refunds directly

  • Override Amazon’s return system

That said, we’re always here to support you and help guide you through the process.


Please note, that the following items are not eligible for return:


  • Food Items

  • Personalized Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
