We're confident the gift you send will delight your recipient. Once the item is processed for shipping, cancellations or refunds will be entertained depending on the issue with the item. Should an item within the gift set arrive damaged, we'll happily replace the item at our expense or process a refund (full or partial depending on the issue).
Shipping, returns, and refunds are handled through Amazon’s system and policies.
