Should an item within the gift set arrive damaged, we'll happily replace the item at our expense. Please reach out to us by email at support@thoughtfully.com within 90 days upon delivery of the item. We’re happy to review any concerns you have and help with a solution.
Please note, however, that Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return and/or refund.
